Tasting Notes
This Champagne has a nose of delicate white flowers, fuji apple, lime zest, and wet rock. The wine is elegant and lean, with vibrantly high acidity. The palate is reminiscent of fresh grapefruit, quince and salted carmel. The Blanc de Blanc Grand Cru makes an excellent aperitif, and pairs well with oysters, caviar, poultry, and crudos.

Tasting Notes 
The Brut Rose Champagne offers a rich bouquet of dried rose petals, bing cherry, and pomelo. On the palate, the wine is soft but powerful with notes of strawberry, meyer lemon, sweet smoke, and cassis. The Brut Rose pairs well with spiced nuts, game bird, oysters, charcuterie and caviar.

Color: Brilliant sustained salmon pink.
Nose: Discreet, recalling ripe cherry and a slight note of toast.

Natural clarification with only one filtration during the all process at the bottling in order to preserve and respect the varietal and natural flavours of the grapes

Wine resulting from a selection of most qualitative fields of Grenache and Cinsault on the estate installed in the great Terroir in the heart of Provence. With its beautiful pale salmon colour, the nose is fine and elegant, full of fruits such as strawberry and peach. The mouth is fresh with grapefruits and citrus. Nice finesse and roundness in the mouth also. This is a dry, light, airy and aromatic rosé
