The 2001 vintage Champagne Michel Gonet BBGC has a nose of delicate white flowers, fuji apple, lime zest, and wet rock. It is elegant and lean with a very long palate. The palate is reminiscent of fresh grapefruit, quince and salted caramel. The complexity of flavor creates a memorable experience in the mouth. 

Our Grand Cru Champagne pairs well with oysters, caviar, poultry, goat cheese, grilled apricots, garden greens, pea shoots and crudos and so much more.
