Produced in the beautiful Champagne region of France, the result is unlike anything else in the world. Bringing both old world and new together, the champagne adds an extra bit of special to an occasion.

The 2010 Vintage French Champagne Michel Gonet has a nose of delicate white flowers, fuji apple, lime zest, and wet rock.

It is elegant and lean with a very long palate. The palate is reminiscent of fresh grapefruit, quince and salted caramel. The complexity of flavor creates a memorable experience in the mouth.

The Champagne Michel Gonet Blanc de Blanc Grand Cru makes an excellent aperitif, and pairs well with oysters, caviar, poultry, goat cheese, grilled apricots, garden greens, pea shoots and crudos and so much more.
